Dr. Randall Kinnison, aka Doctor Peace, founded Genesis Mediation in 2005. His mission was simple – create peace. Randy brings over 40 years of experience in mediation, counseling, consulting and leadership. With over 10,000 hours of mediation, he understands conflict and the dynamics within a family and their business.
